When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

I keep it at my desk at work because I bike commute and like to clean up when I get in. The travel case actually looks nice and keeps the spare head from collecting dust. Five modes seemed like overkill but I do use polish on Fridays before meetings. Battery hasn’t died on me yet in a month. Only tiny nit is the on button is a little small with sweaty hands, otherwise super dependable.

I picked this up after my dental hygienist nagged me about brushing too hard and it actually fixed that problem for me. The little pressure light flashes when I start pressing down and I can back off right away. I use the medium head in clean mode for weekdays then switch to the firm head on weekends if I had coffee stains. Battery life has been excellent since I charged it on Sunday and it still shows full on Friday. The case came in handy on a work trip, no leaks or gunk inside.
