When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

As someone with sensitive gums I am picky about brushes. The low mode is gentle but still feels like it cleans along the gum line. I used to get a little bleeding with my old brush and that stopped within a week. The battery is still going strong after 20 days. I like that it remembers the last setting so I just turn it on half asleep and it works. No learning curve and no app which is exactly what I wanted.

I’m a nurse so my schedule is messy and sometimes I crash without brushing, not proud of it. Since getting this, I actually look forward to it because my mouth feels extra fresh after crazy shifts. I like swapping to the soft head when my gums feel tender after long coffee binges. Charging is easy and it hasn’t died on me yet even when I forget to dock it. I’d buy another one for my sister who travels a lot.

My hygienist told me to watch my pressure so the feedback light has been a lifesaver. It blinks when I get heavy handed and I ease up right away. I bought this after my dentist told me I was brushing too hard and honestly it helped right away. The pressure light pops on if I push down and it trained me in a week to go lighter. I rotate between gentle in the morning and the deeper clean at night, and I like that I can swap the soft and medium heads depending on how my gums feel. I’ve been using this device for three weeks and I’m honestly impressed with how consistent my brushing has gotten. The pressure light blinks if I press too hard which used to be a big problem for me, and now my gums feel less tender. I like having five modes but I mostly stick to clean in the morning and sensitive at night. The medium head is my favorite so far and swapping heads is quick. Battery still shows plenty after a dozen charges.
