When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Cleans fine but the mode light is kind of tiny and hard to see in my dark bathroom. Also wish the travel case had a little space for toothpaste, minor gripe but annoying.

I switched from a basic manual brush and it’s a big upgrade. First couple days the pressure light flashed often, but it taught me to relax my grip. My breath is better in the morning and the polished feeling lasts. The charging dock is small, which I like. If I could change one thing I’d add a grippy texture, but performance wise it’s spot on.

I travel weekly for work and needed something that wouldn’t die mid trip. This thing holds a charge through two full weeks and the case kept it from turning on in my bag, which happened with my last brand. Pressure feedback is helpful since I tend to scrub like crazy. I rotate the soft head and medium head depending on coffee days and it’s been solid. Worth it for the convenience.

I bought this for my college dorm because I needed something that travels on weekends. The case fits into my backpack front pocket and keeps the extra heads clean.
