When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

It cleans fine but the travel case is a bit bulkier than I expected and the mode labels are tiny. Not a deal breaker, just mildly annoying for the price.

My college kid borrowed mine and wouldn’t give it back so I bought a second one. The timer pulses are clear and help me focus, and the brush doesn’t fling toothpaste everywhere like my last sonic brush did. I like that I can toss it in the travel case and it doesn’t turn on by accident. The only nitpick is I had to read the tiny mode icons twice to learn them, but now it’s second nature.

I keep this in the bathroom and another brush at work, but this one is the keeper. I rotate firm head on Sundays for a deep clean and soft when my gums are irritated from popcorn nights. It remembers my last mode so I don’t have to tap through every time. My partner commented that it’s quieter than their old sonic brush. Travel case is sturdy and doesn’t rattle in my backpack on the train.

What impressed me was how quiet it runs compared to my last electric. I can brush early without waking the baby in the next room. The pressure sensor is subtle but effective and I’ve noticed less soreness near my molars. I appreciate that there’s no app to mess with, just pick a mode and go. I keep the travel case in my gym bag and it has not popped open once. After a month the bristles still look good.
