When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on white mode. The built in timer keeps every session honest, so results stay on schedule.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle runs a two minute session and pulses every 30 seconds so you know when to move to the next quadrant. When time is up it just switches off. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the timer, the pacing, pressure protection, the little display. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the drive, the sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

After 6 weeks I can say this is the best brush I’ve owned for reaching behind my wisdom tooth area. The deep clean mode gets in those corners. I also like the little pause that reminds me to move to the next section. I rinse the head and let it air dry in the case when I travel, no weird smells so far. Really happy with it.

I tend to clench my jaw and push too hard. The buzzing warning helped retrain me fast. Even on the softer setting the clean feels thorough, like the slick feeling you get after a scaling. Battery life has been fine, I charge on Sundays with my other gadgets. Doesn’t take much counter space which is big in my tiny bathroom.

Customer service helped me figure out which head to start with and they were friendly, no scripts. The brush itself is straightforward and the timer pulses are helpful. I started on soft for a week then moved to medium and it’s a nice balance. The case is slim, fits in my carry on side pocket.

First sonic brush for me and I’m impressed. The vibration is powerful but controlled and doesn’t spray toothpaste everywhere. I tried the firm head on my back teeth and it handled plaque well. The travel case is slim and snaps shut tight. Wish the indicator light was a bit dimmer at night, but that’s minor.

I work night shifts so I wanted something that wakes me up a bit without being harsh. This device does the trick. The softer head in the morning, then the deep clean after my shift. The travel case is clutch since I toss it in my scrubs bag. After three weeks my coffee stains look lighter and my breath feels better in the mask. Charging about once a month so far.

My 10 year old was scared it would be too buzzy but now he asks for the beepy toothbrush. We use the gentlest mode for him and I use the stronger one. The timer is the real hero because he finally brushes long enough. I clean the handle under the tap and it hasn’t had any weird issues. Haven’t contacted support because nothing to fix, which is exactly how I like it.
