When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice a cleaner feel from the first brush. Gum health improvements typically show within two weeks of consistent use, and whitening results build over about six weeks on White mode.
What are the five modes?
Clean, Soft, Strong, White and Polish. Clean is the everyday setting, Soft is the gentle one, Strong turns it up, and White and Polish are there for a brighter, smoother finish. The display on the handle shows which one you are in.
How does the smart timer work?
The handle times a two minute session and gives you a reminder every 30 seconds, so you know when to move to the next part of your mouth. Nothing to set up, nothing to count.
How do I charge it?
With the USB C cable in the box. The charging port has a silicone plug that keeps it sealed, and a two color indicator shows the battery level and warns you when it is running low.
Do I need my phone to use AuraOne?
Nope. Everything lives in the handle: the five modes, the timer, the display, the battery indicator. Charge it, brush, done.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The handle, the motor, the battery, and the electronics, for as long as you own it. If something fails under normal use we repair or replace it. Brush heads wear out by design, so those are on you.

Shipping was quick and everything was packed neatly with the three brush heads labeled. I tried the whitening mode out of curiosity and it doesn’t feel harsh at all. The pressure sensor blinked at me the first few times which was eye opening since I tend to scrub like crazy. After a week my gums look less puffy and brushing takes the right amount of time with the built in pacing. Simple and effective.

Took this on a work trip to Denver and the case was handy since I toss my bag a lot. It stayed clean and didn’t accidentally turn on. I like the whitening mode in the morning and sensitive mode after late night snacks. The medium head is firm enough without feeling scratchy. Only thing I noticed is the indicator light is a bit dim in a bright hotel bathroom, but otherwise five stars feel, giving four to be picky.
