Swapping the heads is easy and they click on tight, I use the soft head when my allergies flare and my gums get tender, otherwise the medium is my daily, the brush feels balanced and not top heavy which makes the two minute routine easier on my wrist.

After a month my gums have calmed down and I’m not seeing pink in the sink anymore. I didn’t realize how hard I was scrubbing until the light kept flashing at me the first few days.
