The terms that govern your use of AuraOne products and services.
Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Nuve website and your purchase of Nuve products. Nuve is a trade name of ScaleShift LLC. By ordering from us or using the site, you agree to them. If we update these terms, the date above will change and continued use means you accept the update.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We may decline or limit orders at our discretion, including suspected resale or fraud.
Refill subscriptions
Brush head and nozzle refill plans bill on the schedule you choose and ship automatically. You can pause, change, or cancel a plan any time from your account; changes apply to any shipment not yet processed.
Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account, and we may suspend accounts involved in abuse or fraud.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including scraping or harvesting data, attempting to breach security, reverse engineering our software or firmware, uploading malicious code, or using our content or systems to build a competing product or service.
Not medical advice
AuraOne and WaveOne are consumer oral care devices. They are not medical devices, do not diagnose or treat any condition, and are not a substitute for professional dental care. Keep seeing your dentist.
Reviews and submissions
We love honest reviews. Post only firsthand experiences, and nothing unlawful, misleading, or abusive. By submitting reviews, photos, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty free license to use them in connection with our products and marketing, and you confirm the content is yours to share.
Intellectual property
The site, product designs, and the Nuve, AuraOne, and WaveOne marks belong to ScaleShift LLC. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes; no other rights are granted.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided as is, and we disclaim implied warranties about them to the extent the law allows. Product hardware is covered separately by our lifetime warranty (see Returns & Shipping). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from third party claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a dispute arises, contact us first, most issues are resolved within thirty days of an informal request. Any dispute we cannot resolve informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the site. Questions: support@hellonuve.com.
